Rubber gaskets

For low pressure applications.

Rubber, or synthetic versions are commonly known as elastomers. This type of material is very commonly used as a gasket material for low pressure / low seating stress applications. Elastomers are available from a wide range of materials that will perform in temperature ranges of –60C - +315C. There is usually an elastomer that will perform with most chemical services. See the specification sheets of the elastomers available
